and spanish onion, in a basil dressing...
BLACKBERRY TART WITH ORANGE MASCARPONE AND MIXED FRUIT COULIS
This really needs no description it's just gggggggreat!
PAN-FRIED BARRAMUNDI ON DILL BRAISED VEGETABLES, WITH LEMON BUTTER SAUCE AND CRISPY LEEK
A signature dish which has had a rest from the menu, if you want it back...Tell someone!!!
